When Group Administrators log into myON, they can see a dashboard that shows them information about their students (by year), schools and student achievements. Group Administrators can go back to this page by selecting the myON logo at the top of any page.
They can also select My Group and select Dashboard.
The top of the page shows you how many schools, students and teachers you have in myON, the number of books that have been finished this school year and the time spent reading this school year.
By default, the page lists your years. For each year, you will see the number of students, their average score, the number of books students in that year have finished this school year, and the time they have spent reading. You can sort the information by any column by selecting the column heading; select the heading again to switch between ascending and descending order.
To see information by school instead of by year, select the By School tab above the table. For each school, you will see the number of students, teachers, the number of books finished this school year and the time spent reading this school year. You can sort the information by any column just as you can when you view information by year.
No matter which table you view, you can download a .csv file of the information you are seeing by selecting Download CSV at the bottom of the page. You can open the file you download in your spreadsheet program.
